Fair or Unfair

 January 2009 an incident occurred in my home town of Richwood West Virginia. My friend a 16 year old female, got beat up by the Richwood city police.
    The 16 year old was out one night partying with some friends when she decided she was to drunk to stay any longer, so she headed home to her moms apartment. Half way to her home, the sixteen year old met up with who she never wanted to meet up with the Richwood police department. Two officers were on duty that night and just happened to be riding in the same police cruiser.
  When the police officers realized that the girl was intoxicated, they immediately pulled over and attemped to arrest the young female. Resisting arrest the female tryed to run,the police grabbed her and restrained her. In the process, she said a few choice words that angered the police officer. One of the police officers then started tazing the girl untill he could get the handcuffs on. The cop then repeatedly kicked the girl while she was down.
    The female is now in a local rehab and the police officer is still working as a Richwood Police officer.

Big Tobbacco Products

     Every year there are more people dieing from ciggarettes then anything in the world. The Big Tobacco companies advertise these products in a cool and fashionable manner. When they do this it catches the eyes of many people. Mostly teenagers because they have thin, beautiful models smoke. Not thinking most people start out young and end up smoking the rest of there life. Smoking causes all types af cancers like lung,mouth, throat, and cancer of the tounge. It might look cool on television but its not gonna look cool when ur dieing of something you could have prevented.  

Chapter 1- The other Wes Moore

  The first chapter of  'The other Wes moore' is about a young boy who was growing up in a little town in Baltimore. Wes grew up with his mom and dad and an older sister 'Nikki'. Most of this chapter is dealing with his family and how he grew up. It also deals with the affect that his mothers childhood had on him.   

what i think about playing to learn.

   I did not enjoy playing to learn. I did not like it because it seemed quite pointless. If I were the creator of this site I would hide in a corner ashamed of what I have done.I do not like this website because it is boring and will not serve it's purpose of teaching our children what it's supose to. After I leave Crittenton I will probably forget about this website and never speak of it again.
